Is there a link as well? Because I think that we might benefit more if we look at the original material. There might be other stuff supporting it as well.

its not clearly defining anything... relation is not clear.. may be its uncomplete. How operational effectivess can be achieved its a bit clear. But what is a relation of strategy with it in a graph shown.. So, Post a complete picture of it.. or a bit description of it.

Guys the chart is complete . The Operation effectiveness cycle is complete here as well as in the link ... M gonna post the link.. This is actually the summary of the handout which we have discussed in the class. I hope this will help you guys.
