A critical Interview question

What can you do for us that someone else can't?

I know many of you will find this question pretty easy to answer but I'm confuse
I mean evryone can Talk about his/her record of getting things done,specifics from resume or list of career accomplishments, skills and interests,also I guess every sensible candidate do mention his/her ability to set priorities, sense of identifying problems and critical approach in solving them but what would be a *CP/unique answer to this question that can impress people and help them differentiating one as highly suitable and competent resoursce for the firm as compared to other candidates?

I hope you guys are genius and come up with some great anwers to this question.

Ure Right, that is what a "typical" correct answer would be... but thats not something unique!!!

Actually according to my poor knowlege, this question doesnt make any sense to me... I mean that every situation demands something different from you... you cannot have a "one size fits all" type of an answer. You need to know what is required and then match your ability set with it and come out with something which is different from others...how you can do something unique for the company that you dont about it??? (Internal environment, problems etc) and this cannot happen unless you are on that "SEAT" of control!

somehow i am agree with moazzam but the thing is when u have that seat u have other liabilities that are compulsory to be fulfilled otherwise you will be fired this is what we have a bad governance structure that should be changed
